Return Process

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Gen Mobile
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
